Ghost (at open call photography exhibition “Echo 2025”. June 20-22, 2025. Kyoto)

京都市京セラ美術館で開催されるフォトジェニック主催による公募展「Echo 2025」に参加しました。

開催前に私の人生で起きた内的なドラマ – 葛藤や悲しみなど、誰もが人生の中で経験するであろう内的な変化を6枚の展示を通じて表現しました。

人との自分が見ている現実の違い、落胆や失望とそこからの回復と再び立ち上がる過程を自然の姿を借りて表現しました。

鑑賞していただいた方の中には、ご自身の体験と重ね、胸に迫ると伝えてくださった方もいて、重い内容ながらも共感を得られ私自身大いに励まされました。ありがとうございます。

I participated in the open-call exhibition “Echo 2025” organized by Photogenic, held at the Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art.

Through six works, I expressed the inner drama that unfolded in my life prior to the exhibition—conflict, sorrow, and the kinds of emotional shifts that anyone may experience at some point.

Using the language of nature, I portrayed the differences between how we each perceive reality, as well as the process of disappointment, recovery, and rising again.

Some viewers shared that the work resonated deeply with their own experiences. Despite the weight of the theme, being able to connect in this way encouraged me greatly. Thank you.
